See your shade before we cut.

Working tool

TintBlade lets customers preview window tint percentages on a photo of their own car, and helps tint shops nest window patterns on the film roll and export cut files.

For customers

Drag a slider over a photo of your car and tap through shades to see how dark each one looks before anything is cut.

For installers

Pick the vehicle and windows, and TintBlade nests the pieces on the roll to waste less film, shows the cost, and exports SVG or HPGL cut files for your plotter.

Questions people ask

What does tint percentage mean?

It's how much visible light gets through. 35% lets in more light than 20%, so lower numbers look darker.

Is 20% tint legal?

It depends on your state and your vehicle. In North Carolina, passenger-car windows can't go below 35%; trucks and SUVs can go darker behind the driver. Check current law before you buy.

Does TintBlade work with my plotter?

It exports SVG for Graphtec Studio, Cutting Master, SignMaster or VinylMaster, plus raw HPGL.
